It supports the latest 5th and 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, including the Intel® Xeon® CPU Max Series with High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), delivering exceptional compute density and memory throughput.

With support for NVIDIA HGX™ H100 4-GPU configurations and 4th-gen NVLink™ (900GB/s), this system is ideal for data-intensive workloads that demand ultra-fast GPU-to-GPU communication and high-speed I/O.

 

High-Speed Interconnect & Expansion

This 3U rackmount server supports dual 5th or 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors. It is equipped with NVIDIA HGX™ H100 4-GPU modules connected via NVLink® for high-speed GPU interconnect. The memory subsystem includes 8-channel DDR5 RDIMM with up to 16 DIMM slots, supporting large memory capacities.

Storage options include eight 2.5" Gen5 NVMe/SATA/SAS hot-swap bays and one M.2 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot. Expansion is enabled through six low-profile PCIe Gen5 x16 slots. Networking is handled by two 10GbE ports (Broadcom® BCM57416) and two 1GbE ports (Intel® I350-AM2). Power is supplied by three 3000W 80 PLUS Titanium redundant PSUs in a 2+1 configuration.

 

Optimized Cooling & Power Efficiency

The GPU-Server R4I-GP-564255 integrates a high-efficiency cooling system with redundant fans and airflow-optimized chassis design. It includes 2+1 redundant 3000W 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies to maintain stability under full GPU load.

The server supports Intel® Xeon® CPU Max Series with HBM, ideal for memory-bound workloads. It utilizes PCIe 5.0 architecture for double the throughput compared to previous generations.
